New characters are Private by default. Keeping her hidden takes no action from you. Showing her to others is the step you would have to choose.
Scenarios: Private, Unlisted or Public
Scenarios are group chats with 2–10 characters, and each one carries a visibility setting you pick on purpose. Read the three labels in their usual sense:
- Private: the scene stays yours and is not meant to be found by other users.
- Unlisted: it is not browsable, but anyone holding the link can reach it, so where you paste that link matters.
- Public: the scene is open for others to discover.
Publishing Through My AI Is Opt-In
Making a character public lets her earn you Stars through My AI. That is a fair deal if you want reach, but it is still a trade of privacy for an audience. Make it consciously.
